First Fridays Boise / Sponsors & Partners
Sponsors & partners
Somebody paid for the room.
Every gathering, every newsletter, every new person who walks in not knowing anyone — it runs on organizations that decided this community was worth backing. These are those organizations.
What sponsorship buys
Not a logo on a banner.
Sponsorship covers venues, food, and the unglamorous work of running a monthly gathering well — which is exactly what makes a room feel worth coming back to. It also puts your organization in front of a community that is genuinely hard to reach any other way.
We'd rather tell you plainly what it does and doesn't do. It does build real familiarity with an engaged professional audience across the Valley. It does not work as a one-off ad buy — the organizations that get the most out of this are the ones that show up more than once.
The value
What partnership actually gets you.
A room, not an impression
Your team can be in the space, in conversation. That's a different thing than a logo somebody scrolls past, and it's the part sponsors tell us they underestimated.
Reach into a hard-to-reach audience
Professionals of color across Boise, Meridian, Garden City and Nampa — a community most Valley organizations say they want to connect with and few have a real path to.
Credibility that's earned, not claimed
Showing up consistently in this community says more about your organization than any statement will. People notice who was there before it was easy.
Visibility across our channels
Recognition at the gathering, in The Vibe, and across our social channels — sized to the level of support, and always tied to something real rather than a mention buried in a footer.
Investment in the Valley you recruit into
Every Treasure Valley employer competes for the same people. A region where professionals of color can build a full life is a region where they stay — and that benefits everyone hiring here.
A partner who reports back
You'll know what your support produced: attendance, reach, and what happened in the room. No guessing at the end of the year.
Founding sponsors
Backed by the Valley.
Health systems, banks, civic organizations and local businesses that invested in this community early — several before we had a track record to point to.
Community partners
The businesses that helped build this.
Treasure Valley companies that backed First Fridays Boise from the start — with venues, expertise, and the kind of support a young organization runs on before anyone else has said yes.
Hiring in the Treasure Valley?
If your interest is less about visibility and more about attracting and keeping talented people in Idaho, there's a deeper version of this built for employers — the Corporate Talent & Belonging Partnership.

Common questions
Before you ask.
What does sponsorship cost?
It depends on which way in makes sense for you. Hosting a venue costs nothing but the space; an annual partnership is a different conversation. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll show you the options rather than sending you a rate card that fits nobody.
We're a small business. Is this only for big companies?
No. Some of our most valuable partners are small Valley businesses who host a room, cater a night, or bring a service we'd otherwise pay for. Scale isn't the qualifier — showing up is.
Can we sponsor Sistas Who Lunch specifically?
Yes. Sistas Who Lunch is part of the First Fridays Boise family and can be sponsored on its own or as part of an annual partnership. Learn more about Sistas Who Lunch.
What do we get in return?
Recognition at the gathering, in The Vibe and across our channels, sized to your level of support — plus your team in the room, and a report on what your support produced. The full picture is above.
Can we host an event at our space?
Please ask. Rotating venues is deliberate — it moves the community around the Valley and introduces people to businesses worth knowing. If you have a room that fits a crowd, we'd like to see it.
How is this different from the employer partnership?
Sponsorship supports the programming and puts your organization in front of the community. The Corporate Talent & Belonging Partnership is built for employers with a hiring and retention stake in Idaho, and goes deeper on talent. Plenty of organizations start here and move there.
