Sistas who lunch
A Monthly Gathering of Sisterhood, Connection, and Joy
You deserve to take up space. You deserve moments of ease, connection, and community—right in the middle of your week.
A Table Just for Us: Sisterhood, Soul-Food, and Showing Up Fully
Sistas Who Lunch is a monthly midday meetup hosted by First Fridays Boise, created exclusively for Black women in the Treasure Valley. It’s more than just a lunch—it’s a moment to exhale, be seen, and connect in a space where you don’t have to explain your brilliance, your beauty, or your journey.
Each gathering is an invitation to pause the noise, unplug from the demands of the day, and pour back into yourself over a shared meal and authentic conversation. Whether you've lived in Boise for decades or just arrived last week, this is your seat at the table. No pretense. No pressure. Just real connection, joyful presence, and a celebration of the power of being together.
So come as you are. Be held, heard, and filled—in every sense of the word. 💜
